15.4.1.Removing objects from Teams archive Address book ↑ Back to Top
It is possible to remove teams, groups and users without any archived data from the Address book.
Removing a Group
If you would like to remove a group with all members (teams), the group will be removed only if all teams in it were removed (all teams are empty in the archive). You can remove the group also without removing the teams. In this case, all teams – the archived and not archived ones are remaining in the Address book, but the group will disappear.
To remove a group from the Address book, click on Remove group from its context menu.
In the next window, you can select if you want to remove also empty teams (and their users) from the Address book. Click Remove.
Removing a Team
If you would like to remove a team, it is possible to do so only if the team is empty in the archive.
To remove a team from the Address book, click on Remove team from its context menu.
A warning window will pop up. You will be asked if you are sure about removing the team and warned that only teams without archived data can be removed. Click OK.
Removing a User
To remove a user from the Address book, click on Remove user from its context menu.
Confirm your choice in the pop-up window.
