12.24.2.Email shortcut synchronization job description

All the numbers and descriptions in the job’s progress have a particular meaning. In this section, we are going to explain the numbers and descriptions of an Email shortcut synchronization job.

Description Explanation
x mailboxes synchronized x mailboxes were finished by the job
(y failed) y mailboxes failed (out of the x mailboxes)
x emails updated x shortcuts were updated (location updated, properties updated, etc.)
(x failed) x shortcuts failed to synchronize
(x unchanged) x shortcuts were skipped because the shortcut is already of the correct type
(x restored) x foreign shortcuts were restored (because of the settings)
(x shortcuts purged) x shortcuts were removed because of expiration (settings)
(x marked as inactive) x shortcuts were marked as inactive because the mailbox no longer contains them
(x marked as active) x shortcuts were marked as active because the mailbox still contains them (or they were recovered back into mailbox)
(x folders skipped) x folders were skipped from the processing because of folder exclude settings
(x removed) x shortcuts were removed because the archive is damaged (special settings)
