3.contentACCESS Tools

The contentACCESS setup package is extended with

  • Virtual drive (used for shortcut retrieve and to view the archived roots; more information in section File Archive),
  • Proxy web services,
  • Legacy archive connectors (used to access the legacy email archives [MAM EE and ELM]; for more information check section Legacy email archive connectors),
  • MS Outlook Forms (further mentioned in section Email Archive).
