There are two possibilities:

1. You have not any registered mailbox in contentACCESS archiving system yet:

  • If you would like to try our archiving solution, you should request a free 30 days trial in the mycompanyarchive environment. This is an email archive solution for the cloud. You should check the “Getting started with mycompanyarchive” video.
Finally you should have a registered mailbox in our archiving system, and you can configure the connection, with the help of discovery functionality (click on ‘Discover’ button) or type to the “Server name” text field “manage.mycompanyarchive.com“.

2. You have already registered mailbox in contentACCESS archiving system:

  • Your company already owns contentACCESS archiving system, and if you would like to manually archive and restore messages in your mailbox with Outlook add-in. In that case you should ask administrator for the access to the contentACCESS service or should use the discovery functionality to detect appropriate contentACCESS service.
  • You are already a registered member in the mycompanyarchive solution for Cloud email archiving. In that case, you should use the discovery functionality or type to the “Server name” text field “manage.mycompanyarchive.com“in order to connect to the archiving system.

After successful saving, the host name property will be cached, and at the next start, the Configuration page wont’t be displayed. If the user would like to change the host name, it is possible to do so using the Settings drop-down menu.
