9.4.The contentGATE Importer service started with wrong account

Usual symptom is that the “finish” file doesn’t exist.

Solution: change the account of the “contentGATE Importer service” and restart the service. The account needs to have permission to run EVPM and import the PST files into Enterprise Vault.
