3.Where can I see my orders?

If you wish to see your previous orders, you need to go to the TECH-ARROW App Store, and log in to your account. For more information about how to get access to your account, please refer to this section.

After successful login (or registration), the “My account” dashboard appears. From here, you can view your recent orders, manage the shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.

The menu on the left side of the page helps you to navigate between the options. The second option is the Orders, where you can check your recent orders. On this page, the following information is available for you:

  • Order ID – if you click on the ID, a more detailed view is opened with the order details
  • Date – when the order was placed for the item
  • Status – status of the order (completed, pending payment, pending cancellation, etc.)
    Note: if you already paid for a year yesterday and you cancel a subscription today, then it will go into the “Pending cancellation” state which means, you can still use the product for the paid period (in this case for a year), then the subscription will be really canceled. Inside this pending cancellation period, you can still revert your decision and continue with the subscription
  • Total – the price of the ordered product (/month)
  • Actions – you can view the full order here, or pay the pending ones
