2.Installation

teamsTALK app is easily accessible from Outlook or Microsoft AppSource. The user has tree option to download the app:

  • Install from AppSource
  • Install from Outlook on the Web
  • Install from Outlook
Note: The users who want to install and use the teamsTALK need O365 Business subscriptions. Currently, teamsTALK does not work with the O365 Home subscription.

Important: teamsTALK requires WebView2 to run correctly (Find more information about the WebView2 here or download it directly from here.). WebView2 is supported on O365 Outlook and Office 2016, 2019, and 2021. BUT Office 2016 and 2019 must fulfill some conditions to support WebView2. For more information read this article.
